Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email, as proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to be processed.
Visit Your Store
Bring the items and your receipt back to the specific Clothes Mentor location where the purchase was made, as our stores are independently owned and operated.
Receive Your Refund
